Information collected during bookings

We do not collect any personal information when you make a booking.

To make a booking from one of our listings, you will be redirected either directly to the hotel website or to our affiliate booking partner, Agoda. Any personal information, such as your name, billing address, payment information, email address and phone number, that you provide to the hotel (including but not limited to its reservations team, manager or owner) or to Agoda during the booking process is subject to the relevant party’s own privacy policy and terms.

None of the information that you share with a hotel or with Agoda while making a booking is shared with us.

How do we use your device information?

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimise our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
